A process to strengthen partner organizations of the Migration Program promoted by HIP, in alliance with Civic House, Kubadili & Wingu.
THE TRAVELED ROAD
Having a conversation with the organizations that are part of Project M, we re-encountered a vast, dynamic network of organizations with their own different stories and challenges, but with something in common—the proximity and the commitment to and for people on the move. We call this network Community M.
TIMELINE
HIP believes that we can contribute to strengthening partner organizations based on a cross-cutting strategy consistent with the demanding, changing context in which we live.
In order to achieve this, we encourage—through Community M—a network of conversations that build bridges to meet and collaborate. Moreover, we have supported the creation of training resources on Organizational Adaptability, Sustainability and Impact, Digital Transformation, and Collective Care. An example thereof is Knowledge Path, our digital platform with interactive content that allows for training paths tailored to each person.
